About

Celestite Technologies is a managed IT provider based in Fairmont, West Virginia. We serve small businesses like law firms, medical practices, pharmacies, and accounting offices that need real IT infrastructure but can't justify a full-time hire or the overhead of enterprise licensing.

We exist because small businesses deserve the same caliber of technology that larger organizations rely on. Active directory, single sign-on, encrypted backups, endpoint security, managed email. These aren't luxuries. They're the baseline for running a secure, functional business. The problem has always been cost. We solve that by building on open-source infrastructure that we host, manage, and support ourselves.

How we work

We think of ourselves as your IT department. Not a vendor you call when something breaks. We're an ongoing part of how your business operates. We know your systems, your people, and your workflow because we manage them every day.

We work for you

You should feel like we're on your team. When you call, you talk to the person who manages your network, not a ticket queue. We're your help desk, your system administrator, and your cybersecurity team, and we take that personally.

No vendor lock-in

We don't use proprietary tools that tie you to our service. Your data is yours. Your infrastructure is documented. If you ever outgrow us or want to bring IT in-house, you can, and we'll help with the transition.

Proactive, not reactive

We monitor your systems continuously and handle maintenance before it becomes an outage. Patching, backups, security reviews. These happen on a schedule, not after something goes wrong.

Honest pricing

One monthly rate per user that covers everything. We don't pass through licensing fees, and we don't nickel-and-dime on support. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Who we are

Celestite Technologies was founded by James and Corey, bringing experience in cybersecurity engineering and system administration from healthcare and the Department of Energy. Regulated industries where security and reliability aren't optional.

The tools and processes we deploy for clients are the same ones running in production for existing businesses right now. This isn't theory, it's tested infrastructure.

The company is named after celestite, a mineral found in West Virginia. It seemed fitting for a local technology company built on solid foundations.
