Services

Select the services you need. For each one, choose whether this is a new setup or an assessment of something you already have in place.

Identity and access management Active Directory, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication $750
Email and groupware Business email, shared calendars, contacts, mobile sync $600
Endpoint management Antivirus, patching, DLP, application whitelisting, remote support $500
File sharing and collaboration Cloud file storage, document collaboration, version history $400
Network security and monitoring Firewall, intrusion detection, network monitoring $600
Backup configuration Automated backups, offsite storage, restore testing $300

Already have this? We'll assess your current setup and quote any remediation to bring it up to our standards separately.

File storage

Choose how your business files are stored. Cloud storage uses Backblaze B2 at $6.95/TB per month, shared across all your users. Unlike Microsoft's model where each user gets their own isolated 1TB, your entire team shares one pool of storage, which is more efficient for most small offices. Bring your own hardware if you already have a NAS or file server on site.

Traditional MSPs also typically charge $150–$400 per on-site visit. Our plans include monthly on-site support hours at no additional cost.

Every plan includes dedicated on-site and remote support hours. Because we monitor and maintain your systems on an ongoing basis, most issues get handled before anyone notices. Your support hours are a safety net, not something you should have to rely on every month. They're there for the things that can't be predicted. And if there's ever an outage or issue caused on our end, any support time related to that is on us. It doesn't count against your included hours.

Why our pricing looks different

Most IT providers build their services on software from companies like Microsoft, then pass those licensing costs through to you, per user, per month, on top of their management fee. For a 10-user business, that licensing layer alone can run $300 to $1,000 a month before your provider has done any actual work.

We take a different approach. We've researched, tested, and deployed alternatives that deliver the same functionality: business email, file sharing, directory services, endpoint security, single sign-on, without the per-user licensing fees. These are professional-grade tools used by organizations around the world. They handle the same workflows and produce the same results. The difference is they don't come with a per-seat invoice attached.

What you pay us for is the expertise to select, deploy, and manage those tools so they work reliably for your business every day. Our fee is your total IT cost, not a starting point with licensing stacked on top.

These estimates are a starting point. Every business is different, and we're happy to walk through your specific situation and put together an exact quote. No pressure, no commitment.
